Here's what that actually means, and why it matters.
Why I Offer a Guarantee
I've been photographing pets for over a decade. I've refined my approach, invested in professional equipment, studied animal behavior, and built a process designed to produce images you'll be proud to put on your wall.
But the guarantee isn't about confidence in my technical ability. It's about you.
Booking a professional photography session is an investment — of money, of time, of trust. You're bringing your dog or your cat or your horse to a stranger with a camera and hoping something beautiful happens. That takes a leap of faith. The guarantee exists to make that leap feel safe.
If you invest in a session and the images don't feel right — for any reason — I will refund you completely. You shouldn't have to live with results you don't love.
What the Guarantee Covers
The guarantee applies to every session type:
Signature portrait sessions
End of life sessions

In-home cat sessions
It covers the session fee. If you don't love your images after viewing your gallery, reach out and I’ll make it right.

In practice, the gallery reveal is one of the most joyful parts of the process. Clients see their images for the first time. Many people cry at least a little. Most people struggle to narrow down their favorites because they want everything.

How to Invoke the Guarantee
If you view your gallery and feel something is wrong, reach out directly. Tell me what's not working. I'll listen — the goal is always that you leave with images you love.
If we can't get there, a full refund will be issued. It's that simple.

The guarantee isn't a loophole for getting free photos. It's a commitment to the quality of the work and the integrity of the relationship.
It also isn't something you'll need to think about very much — because the entire session experience is designed to make sure you never get to the point of needing it.
