MULTI-AWARD WINNING ATLANTA DOG & EQUINE PHOTOGRAPHER

Courtney Bryson

She taught me about loyalty, patience, and the kind of love that lasts a lifetime. I put off booking photos of us for years, unsure of how I’d look or if she’d cooperate. But finally, I did it.

Ginger passed just a few months later. Now, when I look at those photos, I don’t see the flaws—I see us. The lifetime we shared. The connection that shaped me.

I spent over 30  years with my horse, Ginger.

I know what it means to love an animal deeply.

That’s why my sessions are:

  • Animal-led: Unhurried, for your dog or horse’s comfort.

  • Made for real moments: The glint in their eye, tilt of their head, velvet of their muzzle.

  • Transformed into art: From curated albums to finely framed wall art, each piece is made to last for generations.

“I was in literal  tears going through my gallery...

I will cherish these photos for the rest of my life. What a special experience to have such a talented pet photographer capture my soul dog.”

A lifelong commitment to animal care.

Alongside my work as a photographer, I’ve spent 15+ years in hands-on animal care:

  • Former Director of the Humane Society of Morgan County

  • Founder of a rescue for medically fragile dogs

  • Built an enrichment-based dog boarding & daycare

  • Studied dog behavior extensively, alongside certified trainers and behaviorists.

This experience helps me read body language, reduce stress, and create a session your pet actually enjoys.

Leashes Welcome

Most of the dogs in my portfolio were wearing leashes. Leashes help us guide and keep them safe—and with a little editing magic, I make them disappear from your final images.
